Dr. Brennan Sweet is a kinesiologist and performance coach who brings a scientific, movement-focused approach to functional strength training. After completing his advanced education in kinesiology, Brennan launched Struggler Strength to provide clients with precise, evidence-based training designed to improve mobility, stability, performance, and overall physical capability.
