Refund Policy

At Struggler Strength, our mission is to provide high-quality, science-based training programs designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall performance. We are committed to client satisfaction and stand behind the effectiveness of our services.

Because every client’s situation is unique, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved at our discretion in accordance with the terms below.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. Refunds may be considered for:

  • Personal training sessions not yet used

  • Programs purchased in advance that have not yet begun

  • Services canceled by Struggler Strength due to unexpected circumstances

  • Digital products or plans only if they have not been accessed or downloaded

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed training sessions

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions (per the cancellation policy)

  • Digital products or plans that have already been accessed or downloaded

  • Results that vary based on personal effort, adherence, or individual response

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request containing:

  • Full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Case-by-Case Review

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed. Refunds may be prorated based on services already rendered or time reserved.

Struggler Strength reserves the right to request additional information to evaluate the request.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted from the refund total

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited and not eligible for a refund, unless required by law.

6. Commitment to Satisfaction

While refunds are limited, we are committed to delivering an experience you’ll be proud of. If you ever have concerns about your program or results, we encourage you to contact us. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure you are supported throughout your training journey.

7. Changes to This Policy

Struggler Strength reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
